Terms and Conditions 12win88 — Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Member Eligibility

12win88 services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. The platform reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close accounts found not to meet these requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Registering as an individual — not on behalf of a company, bot, or third party
• Not on any self-declared self-exclusion list
• Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online gaming activities
• Having a valid Malaysian bank account in your own name for withdrawal purposes

12win88 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason. The platform's decision regarding member eligibility is final.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at 12win88. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include an identification card, utility bill, or bank statement as proof of address. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours.

• Full name must match exactly as shown on your Malaysian identification card
• An active and reachable mobile phone number is required
• Passwords must contain at least 8 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

12win88 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• 12win88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash
• 12win88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage strategies, is strictly prohibited
• Wins from bonuses that do not meet wagering requirements may be voided

Wagering requirements (e.g. 20x or 30x) mean the bonus amount must be wagered that number of times before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x requirement means a total of RM2,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal is allowed.

5 Wagering Rules

All bets placed at 12win88 are final once confirmed by the system. No bet cancellations are permitted after placement, except in cases of verified technical errors acknowledged by the platform.

• Players are responsible for ensuring all wagering details are correct before confirming
• Bets placed during a system outage or odds error may be voided
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or odds errors will result in account closure

• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to hack or disrupt 12win88 systems
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorization

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Eligible balances will be released once all conditions are met and a brief review is completed.

8 Responsible Gaming
